When you submit a catering request, contact guest care, or save location-news preferences, the website collects the information shown on that form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, event details, visit details, order number, message, and selections for Monticello, Madison, or StageCoach One news. Heifer Herd enrollment is handled through Toast Rewards.
How Pink Heifer uses it
Form information is used to manage your request, respond to you, plan catering, improve guest service, save your requested news and offer selections, and protect the website from misuse. Toast manages current Heifer Herd enrollment, points, and rewards. The separate website selections control only which Pink Heifer location news and offers you ask to receive; they do not control points or redemption. Historical website records may be retained securely for business recordkeeping and guest support. Marketing messages are sent only when a form clearly asks for marketing permission.
Simple website measurement
This website records basic events such as page views and clicks on pickup, delivery, catering, directions, phone, contact, and social links. Records may include a short-lived session identifier, browser and device information, referrer, coarse location signals, and a privacy-reduced network address. The Pink Heifer measurement tool does not create advertising profiles, store precise location, or record the contents of forms.
Service providers and outside links
Pink Heifer uses service providers to host the website and process submitted information. Direct ordering, maps, and social links open services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this website.
Retention and protection
Pink Heifer keeps submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for restaurant operations, guest service, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Website activity is routinely reviewed and removed as the system is maintained. Access to catering requests, guest messages, member records, and visitor details is restricted to authorized Pink Heifer team members.
Your choices
You may ask what information you submitted, request a correction, or ask Pink Heifer to delete information when it is no longer required. You can turn off website marketing emails here; that also removes the saved Pink Heifer location-news selections for that email. Toast communication preferences are managed separately through Toast. Pink Heifer may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
