The original Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse in Monticello brings together full service dining, the saloon, live music, and private events in a historic Main Street building. It is where the Pink Heifer story began.
Madison is supplied by the central Pink Heifer smokehouse. The State Street team preps, carves, and serves the food using Pink Heifer recipes and quality standards.

Pink Heifer Farmers and Families Initiative exists to support the farmers and families who hold our communities together. Rooted in Wisconsin and guided by respect for agriculture, hard work, and neighbors helping neighbors, it is built on a simple belief: great food begins long before it reaches the table.
Farming is personal to us. Our family has deep ties to the Midwest, and we understand the pressure farmers face, from rising costs and unpredictable markets to labor shortages and the strain of rural life.
Through charitable giving, community partnerships, and practical programs, the initiative supports the people who dedicate their lives to feeding others. Most funds go to organizations serving farmers and agricultural professionals, including veterinary care, livestock health, mental health resources, and farm sustainability. A portion also supports charities helping families in need, because strong communities depend on stable homes.
